Sam has around 45 years of experience in marketing, advertising and media. Before setting up Madison in 1988, he spent 16 years working across companies like Sarabhai’s, Cadbury, Contract and Mudra. He has been rated the most influential person in media by The Economic Times Brand Equity Ad Agency Reckoner since the inception of the report. He is also the recipient of the AAAI Lifetime Achievement Award.
An IIT Delhi and IIM Kolkata alumni, Vikram has over 28 years experience in Marketing (P&G, Coca Cola), Media (Star TV) and Advertising (Group M, Maxus). Some of his previous positions include - Global CEO, Maxus Worldwide based in New York; Group Strategic Director, Group M, London and Managing Director/CEO, Mindshare, South Asia. He has been on the shortlist thrice for Impact Person of the Year and was also part of Mumbai’s 50 most influential people by DNA in 2007.
Lara completed her Masters in Marketing from Bristol in UK and joined Madison in 2004 as a Management Trainee. Having worked across Madison’s various functions, she has played a pivotal role in diversifying the Group into newer areas of Communication. She is also in charge of organization building.
Vanita started her media agency career with Madison 22 years ago. Today, she heads a diverse portfolio of marquee brands in the Mumbai office ranging from Raymond, Tata Chemicals, Pidilite, Ceat, Blue Star, Indian Oil, Lodha, McDonald’s, DHFL and IDFC among others. She has been ranked amongst the Top 50 most influential women in Media in the country in 2016 by Impact magazine.
Amol Dighe has worked with companies like Mindshare, Unilever, Star TV, Amagi and CA Media among others. With 22 years of experience across agency, client, broadcast and content companies, Amol joined Madison Media Ultra in April 2019 as CEO. Apart from working on the Godrej and Marico accounts, Amol will also head investments for Madison Media Group.
Rajul is a seasoned media professional with 25 + years of experience across leadership roles in advertising, media and outdoor agencies, consulting, sales and entrepreneurship, across India, Indonesia and Singapore. His past assignments include Managing Director of Motivator India (part of Group M), Managing Director of Kinetic, (Group M’s Outdoor agency), General Manager, Team LG (Group M, India), 11 years at Universal McCann, setting up the media practice for Zenith Optimedia in Indonesia and CNBC Asia as Sales Head based in Singapore. He has had 2 entrepreneurial stints, one of setting up Xposure, a media agency that handled clients like Gionee, Mobikwik, Cardekho, Shopclues, amongst many others; and a consultancy business, The Consilium.
Dinesh has over 20 years of experience in media having worked with agencies like Starcom MediaVest and Mudra before joining Madison. Dinesh joined Madison 6 years ago as the head of the Agency’s Bengaluru office, which today looks after Titan, TVS, Acer, Xiaomi, Sri Sri Tattva, Nestaway and several others.
In a career spanning over 18 years with experience in media and brand communications, Girish has worked with both client and agencies, developing communication strategies for various blue chip brands like Samsung, Godrej, Dabur, HDFC, Blackberry, Diageo, Disney and many others. Girish started his career with research agency AC Nielsen and subsequently moved to the media side working with agencies like Group M, Madison and Starcom before joining Tata Motors. At Tata Motors, Girish was Head of Marketing Services responsible for Media Planning and Buying, Digital and Market Research. He worked to develop a multimedia communication strategy with special focus on large scale impact, analytics and digital excellence for its brands.
Vishal has over 20 years of experience in the digital space having held agency & marketing roles in companies like Group M, Mediaturf and Reliance Group. He is a passionate Digital Marketer and an active speaker in Digital Marketing forums like Ad-tech, Nasscom, IAMAI and B-schools. Vishal has won multiple awards including 'STAR YOUTH ACHIEVER AWARD' & 'DIGITAL MARKETER OF THE YEAR'.
A Mathematics (Hons) graduate with a Masters in Operations Research from St Stephens College, Shan comes with more than 25 years of rich and diverse experience across Media, Account Planning, Strategy and Account management and has worked with Mindshare, Publicis, RK Swamy BBDO, The Media Edge, FCB Ulka, Lowe, McCann and Ogilvy. Her strength lies in capturing consumer insights, converting them to action, which are data driven and human centric. Some of the key clients she has led and contributed to are Unilever Personal Care, Unilever Foods and Beverage, GSK, Nestle, Sun Pharma, ITC, Maruti and Gillette. Her passions include travelling to far off places and painting Mandala Art. She has a personal life mission of helping a million people achieve personal mastery via several creative/cognitive spiritual workshops she holds during weekends and holidays.
Nagaraj is passionate about driving outcomes for advertisers by using his diverse experience across technology, strategic media planning, and analytics. He has been associated with Madison for nearly twenty years across different functions. During his stint with GroupM, he was solution architect with their analytics specialist unit.
Vinay has over 25 years of experience having worked at Mindshare Fulcrum for over 10 years, where he handled buying for the Unilever business. He has also worked with Disney as Director, Revenue Strategy, in addition to having worked at Starcom, HTA and Percept.
Dipankar has been in the OOH industry for over two decades, having worked with some of the leading agencies in the advertising industry like RK Swamy BBDO, Zenith OptiMedia, Portland and Selvel Vantage Group. He has been associated with Madison for the last 13 years, where he oversaw and managed client-relationships across categories. Some of his marquee brands include ITC, Coca Cola, TATA Docomo, Essel Group and Tata Motors. Under his leadership, MOMS planned and executed the BJP OOH campaign across 8 states. He then took over & turned around Platinum into a sharper, result-oriented award-winning agency in the last 2 years.
Jayesh, with over 18 years of domain experience, started his career with MOMS and eventually grew into the role of heading the organisation nationally. He has worked with clients across categories including Asian Paints, Raymonds, OPPO, Kotak Bank, India Bulls, Bandhan Bank, Godrej, Marico, Pidilite, Toyota, and many others.
Sunny Vohra can best be described as an innovative go-getter who strives to deliver on his promises. He is a leading 'through-the-line practioner' with as many as 14 years experience in the field. His expertise spans across all areas of BTL- Events, Activation, Retail, Rural, Radio, and Integrated Marketing campaigns. He has worked in national and multi-national agencies. In his last role he was Head, Experiential Marketing for Mindshare and Team1 (a unit of GroupM and Geometry Global Encompass), responsible for national growth and expansion of the business.
Arti is a seasoned retail professional with 16 + years of experience in retail design, merchandising and implementation. She was previously heading Dentsu’s retail division before joining Madison. Arti has got tremendous experience and expertise in retail having worked with various clients including L&T Switchgear, Forever Mark, Hasbro, Disney, Indian Terrain, Henkel, Westside and several others. Arti has also been conferred Woman of the Year by MXM Media online for the young achievers category.
With over 2 decades of experience across agencies like HTA, Enterprise, Contract and Madison BMB, Raj continues to be hungry for new challenges. He has over 300 awards to his credit and is a regular invitee at Award Juries in India and abroad. Notably, he was Jury member at Cannes Lions 2011 and Jury Chair at Abbys 2016-17. The Economic Times Brand Equity Agency Reckoner ranks him among the Top 20 Creative Directors in India and Media Magazine among Top 100 Creative Directors in Asia Pacific. Raj has been involved in award-winning campaigns for Cadbury (Celebrations, Halls, Eclairs), Shoppers Stop, HSBC, Asian Paints, Askme.com and NIIT as RCD (Mumbai & South) at Contract Advertising and for HyperCITY, Jiyo Parsi, CarTrade, Vistaprint and Radio One at Madison BMB.
Sridhar is a distinguished alumnus of IIM Bangalore with over three decades of experience in the advertising and communication industries. He has handled major brands like the Future Group, CavinKare, Indus League and NR Group for several years now. He was inducted into the PRCI hall of fame in March 2017.
Madhu is a true blue PR professional with over 22 years of experience across PR agencies and Corporate Communications. She has experience of having worked at both the Agency and Client ends, having worked at Good Relations for 10 years, Al Tayer Group based in Dubai for 9 years and her last assignment was as CEO, Perfect Relations where she spent almost 3 years.
Sooraj has 10 years of experience in content creation followed by 12 years in branded content business. He has successfully worked in over a 100 films with 150 deas across client categories and has received 13 prestigious awards. He has worked with the top production houses n the country, delivering break through brand communication in engaging content formats.
