MR. R.V.RAJAN
Mr.Rajan is the Founder and Managing Director of Anugrah Marketing and Advertising Services (P) Ltd.
Mr. Rajan has a B.Com (Hons) from Bombay University and a PG Diploma in advertising and public relations from the Rajendra Prasad College of Mass Communication, Mumbai and has a rich experience of over 37 years with Clarion, Grant Kenyon & Eckhardt and Anugrah in handling a wide variety of consumer, industrial and agri - input products.
In the past, he has held the prestigious posts of the President for the Public Relations Society of India - Tamil Nadu Chapter, Ad Club Madras, Rotary Club of Madras South, Chairman of the Madras West Round Table No.10 and ex-member of the Executive Committee of the Advertising Agencies Association of India.

MR. R.SESHADRI
Armed with a B.com (Hons) Degree from Bombay University, it was in 1979 that Mr. Sheshadri began his career with Clarion advertising as a Trainee Accounts Executive. He gained experience from handling various multinational accounts like Geoffrey Manners, Richardson Hindustan (P&G), and other major national accounts like Vazir Sultan Tobacco (ITC). A rise in his career led him to being the Group Manager - Accounts at Ulka, where he was in charge of prestigious clients like Voltas, Godrej, HDFC, Singapore Airlines and Agfa. He joined Anugrah in 1988 as the Director - Client Service. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Ad Club, Madras and a faculty member in the Diploma Course in Advertising, conducted by the Ad Club Madras.

M.P. NANDAKUMAR
An M.A, M.Phil in Hindi Literature, he was an editor with a Hindi Magazine before switching to Advertising. His stint with advertising began with Grand Kenyon & Eckhardt - Bombay, where he was a language copy coordinator, handling Indian Language copy for Colgate and other multinational clients. He started working with Anugrah in 1986. He is a master of conceiving campaigns in Hindi & two South Indian languages, apart from English. He has a two decade rich experience in both creative and client service and has specialized in agri - input and unconventional rural communications.
