Before joining Madison she was

  Director and CEO - Design Shop (I) Ltd., the creative agency of Tata Donnelley
   Ltd.

She is currently involved with the following committees
  Chairperson Awards Committee and Publications and PR committees of the     Advertising Club, Mumbai
  Member of Women in Management Committee of Bombay Management     Association

She was the President of Public Relations Society of India, Mumbai Chapter (PRSI)

She lectures regularly at Management & Communication Institutes.

She is also an expert on Food; watch out for her new cookery book.

She has recently won The Indira Super Achiever Award for Women Achievers.

She was also recently honoured Professor Emeritus by the Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communications.
