He has over 28 years experience in Marketing (P&G, Coca Cola), Media (Star TV) and Advertising (Group M, Maxus). Some of his Previous positions include, Global CEO, Maxus Worldwide based in New York, Group Strategic Director, Group M, London, Managing Director/CEO, Mindshare, South Asia.
He has been the Chairman of FICCI’s Advertising & Marketing Committee in 2012-13 and served on several industry Boards like BARC, ABC, AAAI, RSCI. He has spoken at Harvard, World Economic Forum, Festival of Media and Ad Asia.
He has been voted 2nd Most Influential Person in Media by the Economic Times Brand Equity Ad Agency Reckoner over the years and has been Voted Media Person of The Year at the 2006 India Brand Summit.
He has been on the shortlist thrice for Impact Person of the Year and was also part of Mumbai’s 50 most influential people in Mumbai by DNA in 2007.

Paresh has over 24 years of Brand Communication & Reputation Management experience across Industries & key global markets. He has been a business communication professional with Reliance Industries, Hindustan Unilever, Smith Kline Beecham , Ranbaxy & Wockhardt. Paresh's last assignment was as Group President -Corporate Communications, Reliance Industries, reporting to Mr. Mukesh Ambani. Prior to Reliance, he was Head of Communications at HUL & Communications Leader, Unilever South Asia. From building the Corporate Brand of Ranbaxy in N America, Europe & India, to aligning regional communication country teams to bring alive “the transition to one Unilever brand" and driving the Corporate name change from "HLL" to "HUL", to putting together systems & processes for effective global (internal & external) communications at RIL, Paresh has experience and expertise in all areas of Corporate Communications.
An MBA (Marketing) with a Public affairs diploma from Hong Kong University, Paresh is the founder President of the "Indian Forum Of Corporate Communicators" (IFCC).
Management Graduate from Narsee Monjee Institution of Management Studies 18 years of experience across Indian Express Newspapers, Sony Entertainment Television. Also started a company called TeamWorks fp&e for entertainment - associated advertising (which has had the opportunities to work with film projects like Chalte Chalte, Main Hoon Naa, Kyun! Ho Gaya Na... etc.). This company is a part of the JV which formed MATES.

Soumitra has over 25 years of experience and has been a successful CEO for a considerable period of time. He honored in English and went on to complete a management development program on rural marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur. A grassroots marketing person with the ability to fit into any culture and situation, he is a team builder, a facilitator and above all, a guide to the multitude of people who have formed his team at Nestle, Shaw Wallace, Xerox, Metro-Media Technologies USA and Laqshya. Soumitra was the CEO of MOMS for over 6 years before he decided to take a sabbatical, and this is Soumitra’s second stint at Madison. Currently he is heading Madison’s Out of Home Group. Constant seeker and sharer of knowledge, Soumitra has been through numerous programs in his career span.

Lara has done her Masters in Marketing from UK and is responsible for diversification into unexplored areas of communication. She has been working in Madison for the last 10 years in various functions and has been instrumental in diversifying the group into newer areas of Communication. She is also in charge of organization building.

RSR Murthy is a Chartered Accountant and associated with Madison World as the Group CFO since June, 2008. He carries a rich experience of over 30 years in finance and Project Management in various industries like Engineering, Steel, Chemicals and Textiles, in India and abroad. In his previous assignments, he worked for BHEL, Ferro Alloys Corporation, Raymond, Indo Count, Kewalram Indonesia and Alkyl Amines. He has been instrumental in strengthening the various Finance, Commercial and Legal processes in Madison World companies. He is keenly interested in the subject of Management and Organizational development and is also a Certified Coach and Mentor.
